Kayla Estrada is an Eau Claire, Wisconsin native with a vision to encourage and support others on their wellness journey through the principles of self love, self care, and self responsibility. She became awakened to her womb wellness journey in the spring of 2019 when she did her first deep dive into learning about Yoni Steaming. At that time her passion for sharing wellness with others was reignited, especially for serving those who are often left out of the wellness conversations such as those living in poverty or unable to afford health insurance, and women of color. Soon after, she became a Certified Yoni Steam Practitioner and began to set up shop in downtown Eau Claire. She created Wise Wombman Wellness to be a safe space for all wombmen, including all menstruating people, to connect with themselves in a new way, and to embrace wombmanhood the wise wombman way! Kay holds the belief that when we nurture ourselves and take responsibility for our healing, we heal our family and the world around us.
