I believe pregnancy and childbirth are amazing and unique experiences for everyone. I understand that knowledge is power and making informed decisions can help you have the best birth experience possible.
In the last 15 years, I have since gone on to become a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Evidence Based Birth® Instructor, Cappa Certified Doula, and a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in prenatal, postpartum, and infant massage. I also recently became a sexual wellness consultant to continue to help my clients after they gave birth. From rolling around in the sheets to giving birth, I can help you achieve success.
I am a New York native, but I moved to Georgia with my family in 2005. Ever since, I have been fully dedicated to serving prenatal and postpartum families. I have a deep passion for music and dancing, especially that from the 90's era. If I weren't a doula or childbirth educator, my dream job would be dancing in music videos.
